Can you believe this woman is 58 years old? Christie Brinkley worked the runway at The Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection fashion show in New York City on Wednesday, looking red-hot and every inch the "Uptown Girl" (despite her little trip on the catwalk).
But Brinkley isn't the only hottie in town for fashion week. Rebecca Romijn, 39, and Derek Jeter's on-again girlfriend Minka Kelly, 31, looked stunning in their red dresses, meant to promote heart health in women.

Sugarland singer Jennifer Nettles, 37, looked more glam than we are used to seeing her, and actress Jenna Elfman, 40, looked sexier (and skinnier) than ever. And while she wasn't at The Heart Truth show, '90s supermodel Cindy Crawford, 45, wowed the amfAR New York Gala To Kick Off Fall 2012 Fashion Week. She hasn't aged a day!
