() -- Giuliana Rancic is recovering from a successful -- and she's not doing it alone.

The E! host, 37, has publicly thanked her dedicated caretaker -- her husband Bill -- for sticking by her side since the operation on December 13.

She signed off with the hashtag "HotMaleNurse."

Rancic also revealed a no-holds-barred diet while she goes through the healing process.

"Pancakes for lunch ... and now waffles and ice cream for dinner? I'm taking this whole "livin" thing to a new level," she wrote alongside a photo of the waffles.

The TV host revealed in October that she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and Bill said last week his wife was "doing really well" and "cracking jokes" soon after surgery.
