The Back Issue Bin is, err, back! We'll be here every Friday running down the ten greatest bits of comic book movie and television news to hit the space over the past week.

This week was a Marvel-heavy affair, with "Avengers" and "Spider-Man" scoring the big wins. People are psyched about the announcement of a "Captain America" sequel as well, now set in the modern day. In DC Comics news, rumors abound about new "Arkham City" DLC content. And in flesh-eating territory, there's a new "Walking Dead" petition worth sinking your teeth into.

Get all that and more as we count down the top ten stories on Splash Page this week.

10. We launched a new column, No Capes Allowed, about non-superhero comics that deserve the big (or small) screen treatment. Kicking off is this piece on Brian K. Vaughan's "Saga," which Kevin P. Sullivan argues should be on TV producers' radar. If you haven't read the book yet, do it—it's a must-read (if you're over 18!).

9. Class is in session! Well, almost. Shooting on the "X-Men: First Class" sequel got a January 2013 start date this week. Later than we'd like, sure, but we'll take what we can get.

8. Speaking of sequels, "Captain America" is getting one as well. The news has us pretty psyched, so much so that we dreamed up our own wish list of "Captain America" villains to include in Steve Rogers' modern-day adventure.

7. The Man of Action team is hard at work on "Ultimate Spider-Man," but they haven't forgotten about their original baby, "Ben 10." Joe Kelly, Joe Casey, Duncan Rouleau and Steven T. Seagle gave us an update on the live-action "Ben 10" movie, and we're digging what we're hearing so far.

6. Robert Downey Jr. celebrated his 47th birthday this week, and in honor of that, Jeremy Gordon poured one out—and by one, we mean hundreds of words—in tribute to the live-action Tony Stark.

5. In video game land, Matt Clark launched his new column Panels & Pixels with a look at some new "Batman: Arkham City" DLC rumors. Nothing confirmed just yet, but Matt has some ideas for other possible "Arkham" DLC content.

4. Looking towards television, Kara Warner spoke with composer Bear McCreary about a new Facebook campaign advocating for the release of an official "Walking Dead" soundtrack. We approve!

3. Changes to the "Ninja Turtles" have left many fans feeling burned, but the film's coming, like it or not. To that end, I did my best to put some positive energy into the universe with a "Ninja Turtles" casting call. The article also marks the return of our old Secret Identity column! More casting call madness to come, promise!

2. It was a huge week for "The Avengers," what with the first Black Widow-starring clip hitting the web. I was a big fan of the clip—others, not so much. Our take on Black Widow's "Avengers" debut and more is in this week's Talk Nerdy, viewable here.

1. Last but not least comes my very favorite quote of the week. In Andrew Garfield's eyes, Spider-Man is like an Internet troll. It makes so much sense.
