Hot off the heels of Monday's "Men in Black 3" TV spot, a new teaser has been released to promote the movie.
Like the one that came before it, this TV spot shows that "Men in Black 3" should continue the "Men in Black" franchise right from where we left off a decade ago. There are ridiculous aliens, plenty of extraterrestrial happenings and a whole bunch of Will Smith attitude. Except this time around things get a little crazy when Smith's Agent J is forced to go back in time to the 1960s to save the life of his partner, Agent K.
There's not too much new footage in this TV spot, but still enough to grab our attention. It seems safe to say that the folks behind "Men in Black 3" really, really, really think that goldfish scene is funny, because we've seen it in just about every bit of marketing video that's come out for this movie. That being said, the scene seems like it's in line with everything we know and love about the "Men in Black" franchise, so who's complaining.
"Men in Black 3" follows Agent J (Will Smith) as he travels back to the 1960s to prevent an alien assassin from killing his friend and partner Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones). To do so, he must team up with a younger version of K (Josh Brolin) who we're supposed to believe is only 29. There's also an evil alien named Boris (Jemaine Clement) and Andy Warhol (Bill Hader) as an MIB agent in the mix. It's due in theaters on May 25.
